Holy Trinity Festival Weekend welcomes Malvern Male Voice Choir

Malvern Male Voice Choir will be singing in the evening of 25th May at Holy Trinity Church, Link Top, Malvern as part of the church’s Patronal Festival weekend and everyone is welcome.

The evening concert entitled Rainbows of Gold will also feature Holy Trinity Junior Choir which, amongst other items, will be singing extracts from Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo.  The soloists will be students who have recently graduated from York University.

Charles Pavey, Organist and Choirmaster at Holy Trinity and Musical Director of the Malvern Male Voice Choir, said “We are very pleased to welcome back a number of rising stars of the music world to Holy Trinity to perform for us. They are Emma Lewis, a Mezzo Soprano from Holland Park Opera, Tom Nichol, pianist and a local lad who was once the Choir’s accompanist, Chris Parsons, trumpeter specialising in ‘early music’, and Hannah Raban, clarinettist who now works with London Sinfonietta.”

The concert is at Holy Trinity Church, Link Top, Malvern on 25th May and starts at 7.30pm.  Admission is £8 (18s and under: £4; family: £20) and includes light refreshments. Tickets can be purchased in advance from 01684 561126 and any remaining tickets will be available on the door.
